TERMS & CONDITIONS

* All products are 100% new items, unless stated otherwise.

* All products come with a full tax invoice that states all warranty conditions.

* All products are Australian models and are covered with Australian warranty.

* All postage is registered and insured to an addressee.

* All purchases will be shipped within 3 working days of payment being received and cleared.

* We deliver our products either by Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, depending on delivery location in Australia.

* Any products that do not work due to a manufacture fault when received, should be sent back to us for a replacement, as a unit swap. This must be done within 14 days of you receiving the item.

* All units are covered by 12 months manufacturers warranty, which starts from the day of purchase, that are stated by the manufacturer of that product.

* If any product has a different warranty period, this will be stated by us ACR Specials.com in the detail of that item.

* Any warranty claims can be sent back to us, with a copy of your receipt, or the product can be taken or sent to a warranty agent for that product, with a copy of your receipt, for repair.

* Warranty does not cover postage or any labour involved in returning that product for warranty.

* However we do cover postage for products that arrive in a non working order (DOA) only if the product is returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

* Warranty does not cover any faults caused by the incorrect installation of the product.

* We recommend that these products are installed by a qualified installer.

* All care is taken, when the products are packed for postage, but we are not liable for any damage due to transit or handling of the product when the product has left our possession.

* All tracking numbers are sent to you, the customer, when products are sent.

* We pack and post the products as a complimentary service for you, the customer. If any products are damaged in transit, please notify the courier or postal service that delivered the item IMMEDIATELY, to lodge any damage claims.
